— Handmade tortelloni filled with ricotta and black truffle, parmesan sauce and porcini mushroom (VG)
— Baby leaf salad, creamy burrata from Puglia, and cashew pesto sauce (VG/GF)
— Beetroot risotto, stracciatella cream, spinach and hazelnuts (VG/GF)
— Handmade ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta, cherry tomato sauce and mozzarella pearls (VG)

Main Course

— 8 hours slow cook beef in chianti red wine, mushroom sauce, gratin dauphinois with seasonal vegetables (GF)
— French bavette fillet, roasted baby potatoes , ratatouille (GF)
— Grilled seabass fillet, beurre blanc sauce, roasted baby potatoes and seasonal vegetables (GF)
— Piccola parmigiana (oven-baked aubergine, tomato and mozzarella) cherry tomato passata sauce, pesto and seasonal vegetables (VG/GF)
